We therefore, believe in an equal society, standard approach that empowers women and children to overcome social imbalance to promote a culture of increased esteem to foster a positive change in their attitudes, behaviors and ability for them to be part of the social transformation in our society. From our experience of working with women and girls spanning over 10 years we are convinced that when women are strong and full of ability, knowledge and skills to participate and actively create the desired change in our community.
